Can you install flooring over my existing floors?
Sometimes. It depends on the height of the existing floor and what's going on top of it. Installing over existing flooring can create threshold and door clearance issues, and it can hide subfloor problems that need to be addressed. We assess during your free consultation and recommend what's best for the long-term result, not what's easiest for us to do.
Is old floor removal and disposal included in the quote?
Yes. Demo and disposal are included in all our flooring installation quotes. You don't need to arrange a separate demolition crew or figure out disposal. We handle it as part of the job.
