Phoenix Construction Group ("we," "us," or "our") operates phoenix-constructiongroup.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit our site, how we use it, and what choices you have.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our forms is used solely to respond to your estimate request. We will contact you by phone or email to discuss your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

EmailJS — Our contact forms transmit your submission to our email inbox via EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service. EmailJS processes your name, phone number, email address, project type, and notes in order to deliver the message. Their privacy policy is available at emailjs.com.

Rybbit Analytics — We use Rybbit, a self-hosted web analytics platform, to understand how visitors use this site. Rybbit collects anonymized page view data, custom interaction events (such as button clicks and scroll depth), and session replay recordings. Session replays capture mouse movements, clicks, and scroll behavior to help us improve the site experience. Rybbit does not capture passwords, payment fields, or form field values. Our Rybbit instance is hosted at analytics.navcache.com.

Google Ads — We use Google Ads conversion tracking (tag ID: AW-18208214972) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Google may set cookies on your device and collect data about your visit in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings.

Cookies

We do not set first-party cookies ourselves. The third-party services described above (Rybbit Analytics and Google Ads) may set cookies on your device to distinguish returning visitors and measure conversions. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Data Retention

Estimate request submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to manage our business relationship with you. Analytics data is retained in our Rybbit instance for internal reporting purposes.

Your Choices

You may request that we delete any personal information you submitted through our forms by contacting us directly. To opt out of Google Ads tracking, visit adssettings.google.com. To opt out of analytics tracking, you can disable JavaScript or use a browser extension that blocks tracking scripts.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
